Yemi Knight is a Barbadian advocate for environmental and human rights, dedicated to advancing inclusive and equitable solutions to today’s most pressing challenges. As a passionate conservationist and justice-driven leader, Yemi has successfully spearheaded Caribbean environmental and human rights advocacy campaigns. With over seven years of experience in consulting, research, and project management, they have worked at the intersection of climate justice, human rights, and community resilience, ensuring that marginalised voices are centred in policy and decision-making. They are currently a UN Youth Advisor for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. Their expertise spans disaster risk reduction, environmental justice, and movement building, focusing on empowering vulnerable communities. Yemi’s work bridges activism and strategy, translating grassroots advocacy into impactful policy change.

Jared Ramsay is a science graduate and laboratory technician with a passion for environmental preservation. In his free time, he enjoys gardening puzzles, and reading about advancements in science and technology. He has an interest in activities that challenge the mind such as puzzles and strategy games.

Reid Donawa Vickers is a Barbadian community organiser and advocate working to advance justice and equity across the Caribbean. With experience spanning grassroots organising, heritage research, and environmental advocacy, Reid works at the intersection of climate justice, social inclusion, and community empowerment, ensuring that marginalised voices are centred in the work being done on their behalf. They have supported people marginalised by poverty, HIV status, sex work, illiteracy, and LGBT+ identity in their work across Barbados and the wider Eastern Caribbean. Reid is also a training archaeologist, studying sites in Barbados where colonial and indigenous histories intersect, work that informs a deeper understanding of land, memory, and community. Reid's approach bridges grassroots organising and long-term strategic thinking, translating on-the-ground experience into meaningful, community-led change across the region.

Natalia Jackson is a Caribbean-based data analyst, project professional, and digital strategist with a strong interest in using data and research to support sustainable development and create meaningful solutions across the region. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from The University of the West Indies and is currently pursuing an MSc in Development Statistics at UWI, St. Augustine. Her work spans data analysis, project management, climate and development initiatives, and digital strategy, with a particular interest in social and demographic research and Caribbean development.

Dahvia Hylton is an educator and an activist, currently serving as the co-coordinator of the Stronger Together Caribbean Network (SCT); a collection of grassroots organizations, researchers and lawyers across the region connecting on issues of land Justice, food sovereignty and environmental rights. She has been an advocate for Climate Justice and the rights of women and children for over 7 years, spanning organisations such as the Jamaica Environmental Entrepreneurs Advocacy Network (JEEAN), the Jamaica Climate Change Youth Council (JCCYC), Women’s Empowerment for Change (WE Change), the I’m Glad I’m a Girl Foundation (IGIG), and Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance. She co-hosted the Environmentally Speaking Podcast and co-created the publication: Climate Smart Development for Internal Migration and Urbanization in Jamaica with a team of fellow climate advocates of the JCCYC.
Dahvia’s work traverses intersections of Climate Justice centered around race, gender, differing abilities and class consciousness.
